We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic Business Engagement Manager to build relationships with our member businesses and lead our team of Business Engagement Officers. If you’re passionate about Cardiff city centre, know how to inspire a team, and have great people skills then this could be the role for you.

Job Title: Business Engagement Manager
Responsible To: Head of Projects & Engagement
Responsible For: Business Engagement Officers
Salary: £30,000pa plus bonus of up to 4% of salary related to performance against set KPIs

Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 days per year plus all bank holidays with extra leave for long service
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – some occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Contract Type: Fixed term to November 2026
Location: FOR Cardiff offices as the main workplace (7 St Andrews Crescent, CF10 3DA). An agile working policy is in place following the completion of a successful probation period but this post will require regular physical attendance in the FOR Cardiff area
Job Purpose
Lead the Business Engagement team to develop strong relationships with the businesses and organisations that pay the FOR Cardiff levy, ensuring that businesses are fully aware of the work delivered by FOR Cardiff and are able to engage with projects to their maximum potential.
