George Davies – Campaigns and Communications Manager
I recently joined the team from Cardiff University, where I worked in the central Marketing and Communications team and also spent time within the Business School, focusing on productivity-related projects across Wales.
I was drawn to FOR Cardiff because of the crucial role it plays in shaping the future of the city centre. As a proud Welshman, the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of meaningful projects that make a tangible difference to Cardiff was one I couldn’t pass up.
In my role, I support communications across the Business Improvement District (BID) — from shaping responses to policy changes in Wales and drafting campaign content, to writing speeches for external events. I’m also involved in delivering major city-wide campaigns such as City of Arcades and Christmas in Cardiff.
We’ll soon be joined by a Director of Marketing and Events, together with our Marketing Officer, we’ll form a brand new dedicated team. I’m always happy to support anything from promoting a new business or product launch, to amplifying a campaign initiative — please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about sport — I regularly play cricket, football, and golf. and I also love to travel, with my most recent adventure taking me to South Korea.

Georgia Langman – Marketing Officer
I’m Georgia, I recently joined the team, bringing a mix of creative and corporate experience from my time as a Case Manager at New Law Solicitors and a Buying Assistant at ASOS. While my background has spanned different industries, what’s remained consistent is my passion for creative communication and working in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
I was drawn to FOR Cardiff because I love the energy and diversity of the city – and the opportunity to work with such a wide variety of businesses felt unique and exciting. No two days are ever the same here, and that variety really fuels my creativity.
In my role, I support the delivery of our marketing campaigns, events, and communications — from writing copy for blogs, social posts, and emails, to creating content for our members. I manage our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook for both FOR Cardiff and City of Arcades, helping us connect with our audiences and promote the fantastic businesses across the city.
Outside of work, I love all things fashion, discovering new restaurants (especially in and around Cardiff!), and travelling whenever I get the chance.
If you’re a member business looking to share your story, whether it’s a new launch, a product spotlight, or just in need of some general marketing support, I’d love to hear from you!

Adrian Price – Operations Manager
I’m Adrian Price, and I’ve recently taken on the role of Operations Manager at FOR Cardiff. I bring with me over 22 years of experience from my time at Cardiff Council, where I had the privilege of helping shape the city’s response to homelessness. During my time there, I led the development of a number of key services including the Targeted Outreach Team, the Homeless Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), the Young Persons MDT, and the Single Assessment Centre—initiatives that became central to Cardiff’s support network for vulnerable individuals.
Much of my work involved close collaboration with organisations such as The Wallich, Huggard, Llamau, and Cardiff & Vale University Health Board. I’ve always believed in the value of working across sectors, and multi-agency collaboration has been a constant theme throughout my career. By bringing together the public and third sectors, I’ve aimed to help create more joined-up, person-centred services for those who need them most.
In my new role at FOR Cardiff, I’m focused on strengthening partnerships not only with public services but also with the businesses that are the backbone of our city centre. I’m passionate about building integrated systems where businesses, charities, support services, and the local authority can all work together. My goal is to ensure businesses in Cardiff have the support they need to flourish, and to help make the city centre a vibrant, welcoming place where people want to spend their time.
