Queerly Beloved: Jeanette Winterson

The Queer Emporium’s new book club is back for it’s final instalment of the year!

Hosted by Wren, this month the group will be discussing Christmas Days by Jeanette Winterson!

In general, the title of the book the group are reading will be announced a month in advance, the group will read the book over the course of the month, and then come together at the club to discuss thoughts and themes of the book. If you haven’t read the book before the meeting don’t worry, you’ll still be able to participate!

Paned o Gê, TQE’s book stockist, will make sure there are plenty of copies available in the shop during the month before the event so you can get reading! They’re offering 10% off the book of the month to book club members! Just show your ticket at the till and the team will add the discount.

Each ticket purchased includes a £1 donation to Medical Aid for Palestinians. There is also the option to add a £5 donation to MAP if you would like. You can check out the work they’re doing here: https://www.map.org.uk/
