Ambassadors Dementia Friend Training
Our team of nine Ambassadors are trained in a variety of areas due to the diversity of their role. We were approached by the charity Dementia Friends about training the team so that they were fully aware of best practice when aiding a member of the public who may have dementia or supporting a family member who raises a concern whilst in the city centre. The training was a huge success with the whole Ambassador team as well as our Operations Manager and Business Crime Reduction Managers Ian and Nigel taking part in the course hosted at Cardiff Central Library.
