This Mother’s Day, The Ivy Asia invites guests to honour the occasion with an exclusive set menu,
celebrating bold flavours, exquisite craftsmanship, and unforgettable moments for £40 per person.

Available on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March, this elegant dining experience is designed to make
every mother feel truly special. Guests can indulge in a carefully curated selection of starters, mains,
and side dishes, with the option to add a decadent dessert.

The journey begins with Crispy Wontons & Poppadomsfor the table, followed by a selection of vibrant
starters, including the indulgent Spicy Tuna & Sesame Sushi Rolls, delicate Prawn Har Gow Dumplings
with Truffle Yakiniku Sauce, and the Barbeque Duck Salad, a fusion of hoisin, mango, kaffir lime, and
mizuna. Vegetarian options include King Oyster & Shiitake Gyozas with yuzu dressing and the Kimchi
Kakiage crispy fried fritters, served with a spring onion mayo.

For the main course, guests can choose from an array of expertly crafted dishes, such as the fragrant
Tiger Prawn Rendang, infused with Indonesian spices, lemongrass, and chilli, or the Honey & Sesame
Chicken, served with wok-fried pak choi, ginger, and chilli. For those craving something extra
indulgent, the Salt & Pepper Beef, a chargrilled beef steak with pink peppercorn and chives, is
available for a £4.50 supplement. Each dish is accompanied by Steamed Rice & Wok-Fried Greens
with crispy shallots, chilli, and ginger.

Guests can elevate their experience with an indulgent dessert for £5. Options include the Sake Barrel,
a silky vanilla crème brûlée with a sesame and sake tuile, the warm Passion Fruit & Coconut
Doughnuts with a yoghurt dipping sauce, or the Coconut Panna Cotta, paired with pineapple, passion
fruit, toasted coconut, and pandan.

To complete the special occasion, the Lychee Berry Martini (£10) has been created especially for
Mother’s Day by The Ivy Asia’s expert mixologists. The beautiful pink cocktail features Tanqueray gin,
lychee, strawberry cordial, and champagne for the perfect toast.

As a heartfelt touch, every mum dining on Sunday 30th March will receive a complimentary flower –
