Cardiff’s multi venue music festival. Four days to discover new music, explore the city, bounce between venues and join the Sŵn family.
Sŵn, founded by Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens and John Rostron in 2007, was the first multivenue music festival in the UK outside of London, inspired by trips to SXSW in Austin, Texas and Iceland Airwaves in Reykjavik.
Over the last ten years the likes of The Vaccines, Alt-J, Disclosure, Wolf Alice, Ghostpoet, Cate Le Bon, Ben Howard and The Staves have passed through the festival doors and on to big success.
With Cardiff’s legendary venue and promoter, Clwb Ifor Bach now at the helm, the festival will continue to bring the best in emerging and established acts from around the world to a variety of venues in the Welsh capital.
