Things to Do 
The Bike Lock is hosting a free Open Day on Thursday 27th of April from 11am – 6pm. The event is open to anyone who would like to find out more about the services that The Bike Lock offer. There will also be free bike marking provided by South Wales Police and free bike health checks from The Dropbar Workshop provided by FOR Cardiff.
About The Bike Lock
The Bike Lock is a social enterprise that offer secure bike storage for up to 50 bikes, e-charging points, showers, lockers, bike repairs, workspace, events and a meeting room available for private hire. Founded by Tom Overton, The Bike Lock opened in October 2022 on Windsor Place. Some of the profit generated will be invested in helping people across Cardiff, from providing bikes for local schools and communities to free meeting space for local groups.
On the day:
- 20% off drinks between 11am – 6pm
- Free bike marking service available from South Wales Police between 11am – 2.30pm
- Free bike health check from The Dropbar Workshop
- Electric bike demos with The Electric Bike Shop
- Tours of The Bike Lock facilities
- The opportunity to meet and network with local businesses.
