The Ivy Asia’s new summer entertainment series, Elemental Nights, is set to hit its Cardiff restaurant on Thursday 27th July.
Offering an evening of live performances, delicious cocktails and Asian-inspired summer dishes that showcase the sensory elements of water and fire, the event is designed to set the senses alight.
Set in the eclectic atmosphere of The Ivy Asia on The Hayes in Cardiff, performances on the night will include DJs, live saxophonist, percussionists and dancers.
Guests will be able to enjoy refreshing cocktails and fusion flavours from The Ivy Asia’s new summer menus, with dishes including salmon sashimi with yuzu kosho, sesame-crusted prawn dumplings with ponzu and daikon, and caramel and mango sorbet.
