FOR Cardiff is pleased to offer fully funded training opportunities to employees of FOR Cardiff member businesses.

To date, we have trained 732 employees for free; saving our members thousands in training costs.
We currently offer in-person training in HABC Emergency First Aid at Work, Level 2 Fire Safety, Level 2 Food Safety, Mental Health Awareness and Conflict Management.
We also offer a range of short online courses in Equality & Diversity, GDPR, Managing Conflict.
Drinkaware training is also available to staff working in licensed premises.
