Mindfulness for Menopause

Join The Menopause Team online on Monday 17th January at 6:30pm-8pm to explore the benefits of mindfulness for menopause.

Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us and understand ourselves better.

For some, the perimenopause and menopause years lead to heightened feelings of stress and anxiety which can often be effectively managed by using mindfulness techniques.
