In the autumn FOR Cardiff will be operating a series of mystery shopping visits in order to crown the best customer service in a range of sectors across Cardiff. Visits will take place in September and October with details of the awards ceremony following shortly afterwards.
Taking part in mystery shopping allows you to celebrate your strengths and identify any opportunities to improve, for national chains the experience gives you something to show off to head office and for independent businesses this is an opportunity to take part in a service that the chain stores have been utilising for years.
